4. Punctuality & Regional Service Factors

We serve a broad territory across Tampa Bay. While we strive for prompt arrivals, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy Tampa-metro traffic (I-275, Howard Frankland, or Gandy Bridge congestion).
  • Severe Florida weather (lightning storms or tropical systems) that make outdoor or dock electrical work hazardous.
  • Delays in utility markings (Sunshine 811) or municipal permit approvals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. Accurate Electric is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing faulty wiring or recalled panels that the owner has declined to replace.
